摘要
进气弯管是发动机的重要零部件,对其内表面的清洁度要求较高。原工艺大多采用重力铸造的方式制造,但去除进气弯管的砂芯工艺较为复杂,且不易处理干净。阐述了经过优化模具结构对进气弯管实现了高压铸造,并通过FL()W-3DCast的模流分析,对铸件的缺陷进行了预测,以便优化解决。
The intake bend pipe is an important part of the engine, and the cleanliness of its inner surface is required to be high. Most of the original process is macle by gravity casting, but the sand core technology that removes the intake pipe is more complicated and is not easy to handle. In this paper, the high pressure casting of the in take pipe is realized by optimizing the die-casting die structure, and the defect of the product is predicted through the moldflow analysis of FL0W-3D Cast in order to optimize the solution.
