新时代社会治理视角下农村基层党组织领导核心作用发挥浅析——以广德县山区村为例

十九大报告指出,党的基层组织是确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实的基础。广德县山区村在推进农村现代化治理中有诸多创新举措,但在发挥好基层党组织的领导核心作用上依然存在一些难点问题,本文旨在深入探究其原因,并提出若干对策。

The report of the 19th National Congress pointed out that primary party organizations are the basis for ensuring the implementation of the party's line,principles,policies and decisions.There are many innovative measures in promoting rural modernization in mountain villages of guangde County,but there are still some difficult problems in giving full play to the leading core role of grass roots Party organizations.The purpose of this paper is to explore the reasons and put forward some measures.
