随着现代影像学检查技术的发展及人们健康体检意识的提高,胰腺囊性肿瘤(pancreatic cystic neoplasm,PCN)的检出率明显上升。PCN是由胰腺上皮和间质组成的含有囊腔的肿瘤性病变。根据2010年WHO分类标准,PCN主要分为浆液性囊腺瘤(serous cystic neoplasm,SCN)、黏液性囊腺瘤(mucinous cystic neoplasm,MCN)。
