摘要
吴江区职业伤害保险针对灵活就业人员的工作特点,结合现行社保体系,在保障范围、参保缴费、保障待遇和经办管理等方面做出了针对性制度设计。应合理确定缴费标准并建立财政补贴机制,合理确定保障待遇,并与工伤保险待遇稳妥衔接,探索政府主导、商保公司承办的工作模式。
According to the working characteristics of fl exible employees and the current social security system,the occupational injury insurance has made a targeted system design in terms of the scope of protection, payment,treatment and management.We should reasonably determine the payment standard and establish the financial subsidy mechanism,determine the safeguard treatment,and steadily link up with the treatment of industrial injury insurance,and explore the working mode led by the government and undertaken by commercial insurance companies.
