中国邮轮乘务员工作满意度研究——以皇家加勒比邮轮海洋帝王号为例

Research on Job Satisfaction of Chinese Cruise Flight Attendants——Taking the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ocean Emperor as an example

随着邮轮旅游业蓬勃发展,国际邮轮乘务员作为一个特殊的群体备受关注。近年来,中国作为邮轮乘务人才供给的大国,中国邮轮乘务员工作满意度的问题也受到旅游业界及学术界的关注。本文通过明尼苏达满意度短式量表,对皇家加勒比邮轮公司海洋帝王号中国邮轮乘务员工作满意度进行调查分析。基于对61份有效问卷的分析,总结出制约海洋帝王号中国邮轮乘务员工作满意度的因素,即日常工作较为繁忙、职位晋升较为不易、员工相处方式欠佳与工作成就感较低下,提出了改善中国邮轮乘务员繁忙现状、平等选拔中国邮轮乘务员、促进员工间友好相处、提高中国邮轮乘务员工作成就感等有效的策略来提高中国邮轮乘务员工作满意度。

In recent years, as a big country for the supply of cruise crews, the issue of job satisfaction of Chinese cruise crews has also attracted the attention of the tourism industry and academic circles. This paper investigates and analyzes the job satisfaction of the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ocean Emperor China Cruiser Flight Attendant through the Minnesota Satisfaction Short Scale. Based on the analysis of 61 valid questionnaires, the factors that constrain the job satisfaction of China Ocean Cruises crews are summarized, that is, the daily work is busy, the promotion of positions is not easy, the way of getting along with employees is low, and the sense of work achievement is low. Improve the busy status of Chinese cruise crews, equally select Chinese cruise crews, promote friendly interaction between employees, and improve the sense of job satisfaction of Chinese cruise crews to improve the job satisfaction of Chinese cruise crews.
