立德树人视角下新时代高校档案馆育人功能探究

立德树人作为新时代高校的根本任务,要求高校档案馆工作以此为中心,助推育人工作高质量发展。新时代高校档案馆育人功能的发挥是基于档案馆丰富多样的育人资源、高校育人根本任务的推动、文化强国战略实施的需要、学校三全育人的推动个学生全面发展与健康成长的内在需要等多方面因素的推动。当下高校档案馆育人功能发挥存在一些不足,影响了立德树人和自身高质量发展。鉴于此,高校应该按照立德树人的要求,大力推进档案馆育人工作的改革创新,在育人功能的理念建构、项目拓展、方式创新整合、主体力量调动、保障供给与考核督导等层面上下功夫,力求立德树人与档案馆建设发展形成共赢互动的良好发展态势。

As the fundamental task of colleges and universities in the new era, morality and nurturing requires colleges and universities archives work to take this as the center and promote the high-quality development of education work. The educational function of university archives in the new era is promoted by the rich and diverse educational resources of the archives, the promotion of the fundamental task of university education, the need of the implementation of the strategy of cultural power, and the internal need of the three comprehensive educational programs of the university to promote the all-round development and healthy growth of individual students. At present, there are some deficiencies in the educational function of university archives, which affect the high-quality development of morality and nurturing. In view of this, universities should according to the requirements of the moral education and cultivate talents, promote reform and innovation of educational work of archives, and in the construction of the concept of educational function, project development, innovation integration, a main power transfer, ensuring the supply and the dimension of the inspection supervision, strive temporality, nurturing and archives construction development form a win-win interactive sound development momentum.
