摘要
我国高校双创教育经过30多年的建设和发展,现在已经进入了一个关键时期。通过对近些年来高校双创教育的学术研究成果研究中不难看出,很多地方高校在双创教育的资金投入和平台建设上都已经非常的完备。但是,双创教育师资队伍的专业化水平还很欠缺,在这种环境下,要想有效的推进我国地方高校的双创教育,就要促进传统专业课程教师向双创型专业课程教师的转型,构建一种“三角形双创师资模型”新格局,为地方高等院校的双创教育取得成效提供有力保障。
After more than 30 years of construction and development, double-innovation education in Colleges and universities in China has entered a critical period. It is not difficult to see that many local colleges and universities have been very complete in the investment of funds and platform construction of dual-venture education through the research of academic research results of dual-venture education in recent years. However, the professionalization level of teachers in double-creative education is still insufficient. In this environment, in order to effectively promote double-creative education in local colleges and universities, it is necessary to promote the transformation of traditional professional curriculum teachers to double-creative professional curriculum teachers, and build a new pattern of "triangular double-creative teacher model" to provide a strong guarantee for the effectiveness of double-creative education in local colleges and universities.
