摘要
-70℃级低温压力容器用09MnNiDR钢板和配套焊条已广泛应用于各类低温压力容器,但应用于09MnNiDR钢制乙烯球罐的全位置焊条未见报道。通过合理调整碳酸盐的颗粒度、碳酸盐/氟化物的比例和TiO2的加入形式,来改善焊条的全位置焊接工艺性能,同时保证焊条熔敷金属的力学性能。结果表明:新研制的W707DRQ焊条能够实现全位置焊接,具有良好低温冲击性能,焊接热输入范围较宽,可以用于09MnNiDR钢制乙烯球罐的焊接。
The 09MnNiDR steel plate and the matching electrode for the -70 ℃ low temperature pressure vessel have been widely used in various types of low temperature pressure vessels. However, the all-position welding electrode applied to the 09MnNiDR steel vinyl spherical tank has not been reported. Properly adjusting the particle size of carbonate, the ratio of carbonate/fluoride and the addition form of TiO 2, the all-position welding process performance of the electrode was improved and the mechanical properties of the deposited metal of the electrode were achieved. The results showed that the newly developed W707DRQ electrode had been realized all-position welding, had good low temperature impact performance, and had a wide welding heat input range, which can be used for welding of the 09MnNiDR steel vinyl spherical tank.
