摘要
高职教育面临着从数量发展到内涵建设的转变,而当前的投入机制在一定程度上制约了高职院校的可持续发展。在全面分析江苏省高职院校投入现状及影响因素的基础上,提出应从加大财政经费投入、完善经费拨款机制、建立经费多元筹措机制、强化经费监督机制等方面来改革江苏省高职院校的经费投入机制。
Higher vocational education is facing the transformation from quantitative development to connotation construction,and the current investment mechanism to a certain extent restricts the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the present situation and influencing factors of investment in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province,this paper puts forward that the funds investment mechanism of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province should be reformed from the aspects of increasing financial investment,improving funding allocation mechanism,establishing multi-financing mechanism and strengthening funds supervision mechanism.
