摘要 通过调整生产工艺、优化配比添药剂,氰化尾渣资源化产品混合精矿中铅锌总品位由48.96%提高至52.90%,铅锌总回收率由86.0%提高至91.1%。12 000 t/年氰化尾渣资源化示范工程,生产铅锌混合精矿6 200 t,游离金0.5 kg,年利润1 163万元;尾水全部回用于生产,尾矿综合利用。精矿和尾矿堆场采用高标准防渗、防风抑尘等措施,大气无组织排放颗粒物、铅及其化合物、氰化氢浓度满足标准要求,工程运行多年对周边土壤及地下水环境影响较小。 After adjusting and optimizing the production process and the chemicals added,12 000 t tailing were used in the year,the lead zinc mixed concentrate 6 200 t was produced,and the by-product free gold was 0.5 kg.The annual profit was 11 million 628 thousand yuan.The total lead and zinc content of lead-zinc concentrate is 52.9%and the total recovery is 91.1%.The tailing used as raw material.Tail water all returned to production.Concentrate and tailing yard with high standard,anti-seepage measures such as wind dust,fugitive emissions of particulate matter,lead and its compounds,hydrogen cyanide concentration meets the standard limits.The influence of the long-term operation of the project on the surrounding soil and groundwater environment is relatively small.
