摘要
为了了解大气颗粒污染物对剧烈运动后人体肺通气功能的影响,选取普通居民和剧烈运动后居民作为研究对象,采用国际通用的美国流行病学标准问卷对抽取调查对象进行调查分析,并利用瑞士Schiller公司生产的型号为SPIROVIT SP-1肺功能仪对每位调查对象进行肺通气功能测定;采用人体用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气容积的实际测量值占预测值的比例作为统计学指标判断人体肺通气功能具体损伤类型;选取《环境空气质量标准》作为大气颗粒污染物浓度评价标准,同时采用logistic回归分析法分析大气颗粒污染物对不同研究对象的肺通气功能影响。
In order to understand the effects of atmospheric particulate pollutants on human lung ventilation function after strenuous exercise,the residents and the residents after strenuous exercise were selected as research objects.The survey was conducted on the surveyed subjects using the internationally accepted American Epidemiological Standards Questionnaire.The lung ventilation function was measured for each subject using the SPIROVIT SP-1 pulmonary function meter manufactured by Schiller,Switzerland.The actual measured value of the forced vital capacity of the human body and the forced expiratory volume in the first second was used as the ratio of the predicted value.The indicators determine the specific type of lung ventilation function of the human body;the"Environmental Air Quality Standard"is selected as the atmospheric particulate pollutant concentration evaluation standard,and the logistic regression analysis method is used to analyze the effects of atmospheric particulate pollutants on the lung ventilation function of different subjects.
