摘要
随着互联网金融规模的扩大,金融混业、跨界等不断加剧,互联网金融监管不力、法律定位不明确等问题日益凸显。因此,适应中国互联网金融发展的需要,建立和完善金融消费者保护监督机制和保障机制,规范金融机构行为,已成为亟待解决的现实问题。加强对互联网金融消费者的保护,首先应对互联网金融消费者这一概念进行正确界定,并对其在交易行为中的权益进行分析,在此基础上,探讨以消费者保护为核心的互联网金融消费者权益保护框架。
With the expansion of Internet finance, financial mixed industries and cross- border industries have intensified, and problems such as inadequate Internet financial supervision and unclear legal positioning have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, adapting to the needs of China's Internet finance development, establishing and improving the financial consumer protection supervision mechanism and guarantee mechanism, and regulating the behavior of financial institutions have become a real problem to be solved urgently. To strengthen the protection of Internet financial consumers, we should first correctly define the concept of Internet financial consumers, and analyze their rights in trading behavior,on this basis, we should discuss the protection framework of Internet financial consumer rights with consumer protection as the core.
