针刺及利多卡因穴位注射治疗病毒感染后嗅觉障碍的疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究针刺及利多卡因穴位注射治疗病毒感染后嗅觉障碍的疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年4月来我院治疗病毒感染后嗅觉障碍162例患者作为研究对象,运用随机分组法分针刺及利多卡因穴位注射治疗。观察两组治疗有效率和QOL生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为94.4%明显高于对照组治疗有效率83.3%,且观察组生活质量评分各项均高与对照组,数据差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺及利多卡因穴位注射治疗病毒感染后嗅觉障碍疗效确切,能有效改善患者嗅觉功能,患者生活质量得到明显改善,值得临床做进一步研究并推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture and lidocaine acupoint injection on olfactory dysfunction after viral infection. Methods: 162 patients with olfactory dysfunction who came to our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 were treated with acupuncture and lidocaine acupuncture points. The therapeutic efficiency and QOL quality of life score were observed in two groups. Results: The treatment efficiency of the observation group was 94.4 %, which was higher than that of control group 83.3 %;and the quality of life score was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and lidocaine acupoint injection are effective in the treatment of olfactory dysfunction after virus infection. It can effectively improve the olfactory function of patients. The quality of life of patients can be significantly improved. It is worthy of further clinical study and promotion.
