基于SD——AHP方法的海路货运承运人风险评价研究

伴随着科学技术的不断进步,人们购买力不断增强,我国海路物流运输企业发展极为迅猛。海路运输所面临的环境复杂,危险因素众多。海路货运承运人在接收、保存、装卸、运输货物的过程中,所受风险最为集中,造成损失最为严重。通过对海路货运承运人在接收货物到交付货物中受到的风险进行识别,运用SD方法从“人、机、法、料、环”五个方面建立海上货物运输系统模型,再采用AHP方法分析承运人的风险,确定各风险因素的权重。最后用得到的评价结果结合实际情况,提出建议。

With the development of science and technology,people's purchasing power is constantly increasing,and the development of China's maritime logistics transportation enterprises is very rapid.The environment of transportation by sea is complex and risk factors are various.By identifying the risks of the freight carrier of the sea route in the delivery of the goods,the model of the marine cargo transportation system is established from the five aspects of the “man,machine,method,material and ring” by using the SD method,and the weight of each risk factor is determined by the AHP method.Finally,some suggestions are put forward based on the actual situation of the obtained evaluation results.
