摘要
我国车险费改自2015年2月启动至今,监管机构逐步降低“自主核保系数”、“自主渠道系数”下限,倒逼保险公司优化定价,走精细化发展道路。全财险行业经历了车险保费收入承压、恶性价格竞争逐步向正常平稳发展阶段的过渡,整体发展符合监管预期。但是缺乏规模效应和范围效应的中小财险公司在改革中“叫苦不迭”。本文从经济学的角度分析中小保险公司和大型保险公司的竞争策略及竞争优势,并着眼“滴滴出行”良好的发展势头,从保险公司牵手互联网平台角度为中小财险公司提供重构理赔价值链的新型合作模式,以有效降低中小保险公司的理赔成本。
Since the launch of the market reform of auto insurance rates in February 2015,China insurance regulatory commission have gradually lowered the lower limits of "independent underwriting coefficient" and "independent channel coefficient",forcing insurance companies to optimize pricing and take a refined development path.The entire property insurance industry experienced pressure from auto insurance premiums and vicious price competition to a normal and stable development stage.The overall development is in line with regulatory expectations.However,small and medium-sized property insurance companies lacking scale effect and range effect are complaining incessantly.This article focuses on the development momentum of the Internet platform,and provides a new cooperation model for small and medium-sized property insurance companies to reconstruct the value chain of claims from the perspective of insurance companies cooperating with the Internet platforms.
