摘要 近几年来,中国汽车销量迅猛增长,推动了车险市场的快速发展。同时,日新月异的科技发展对于保险行业的驱动从信息化、网络化,逐步过渡到智能化、移动化。借助保险科技之力,保险公司可以显著提高车险服务能力,从而促进社会经济效益增长。本文研究了基于图像识别的事故车辆智能定损技术在车险理赔小额案件中的应用价值,研究表明:智能定损的应用,一方面可以有效提高车辆查勘效率,简化理赔流程,从而减少保险公司的人力成本和渗漏风险,有效提升保险公司的服务能力和客户体验;另一方面,针对交通事故,通过交管部门搭建的事故车快处快赔政务通道,智能定损的应用可以显著缩短交通事故的处理时间,从而有效缓解道路拥堵,提升社会经济效益。 In recent years,China's auto sales have grown rapidly,driving the rapid development of China's auto insurance market.The driving force of science and technology for the insurance industry is from informatization,networking,and gradually transiting to intellectualization and mobility.Insurance technology can provide motor vehicle insurance business,which is of great benefit to enhance the service capacity and social and economic benefits of insurance companies.This paper studies the accident vehicle intelligent fee based on image recognition technology in car insurance claims a small application value.The study shows that the application of intelligent loss assessment,on the one hand,can effectively improve the efficiency of vehicle survey claims,simplifying the claims process,at the same time,reduce the manpower cost and the risk of leakage of insurance company,thus effectively promote insurance company's service ability and improve customer satisfaction;On the other hand,for traffic accident insurance,through the emergency vehicle quick compensation channel set up by the traffic management department,mobile intelligent loss assessment can significantly shorten the processing time of traffic accident,thus effectively alleviating road congestion and improving social and economic benefits.
