摘要
目的了解长春市及其周边地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况。方法于2018年1-2月选取研究地区医院门诊就诊的15-70岁女性,采集宫颈脱落细胞,进行HPV基因分型检测,分析HPV感染率。结果长春市及其周边地区女性人群的HPV总感染率为30.23%(286/946)。≤25岁、26-35岁、36-45岁、46-55岁、≥56岁HPV感染率分别为50.48%、33.82%、22.38%、25.71%、28.85%。单一、双重、多重HPV感染率分别为17.23%、6.87%、6.13%。高危型HPV感染率在0.42%(HPV45)-4.65%(HPV52)之间。结论研究地区女性人群HPV感染率高,以年轻女性、单一高危型HPV感染为主。
Objective To determine the infection status of human papillomavirus(HPV) among women in Changchun city and surrounding areas. Methods We recruited 15-70 year old women from hospital outpatient clinics in the study area during JanuaryFebruary 2018 and collected cervical exfoliated cells from participants to determine HPV genotypes and analyze HPV infection rates. Results The overall HPV infection rate was 30.23%(286/946). HPV infection rates were 50.48%, 33.82%, 22.38%, 25.71%,and 28.85% for ≤25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, and ≥56 year old women, respectively. Single, double, and multiple HPV infection rates were 17.23%, 6.87%, and 6.13%, respectively. High-risk HPV infection rates ranged 0.42%(HPV45) to 4.65%(HPV52). Conclusion The HPV infection rate was high among women in the study area, particularly among young women;most infections were single genotype infections with high-risk HPV genotypes.
