百日咳和百日咳疫苗的现状与挑战 被引量:34

Status and challenges of pertussis and pertussis vaccines

摘要 近年来出现的百日咳重现现象使百日咳成为疫苗可预防疾病中发病率最高的疾病。本文从百日咳的病原学、流行病学、疫苗构成和效果、预防接种意义、新免疫策略、新疫苗研发等方面论述了当前百日咳和百日咳疫苗的现状与挑战。 Pertussis has become one of the most common vaccine preventable diseases with a high incidence worldwide due to pertussis resurgences in recent years. We summarize the status and challenges of pertussis and pertussis vaccines in terms of etiology, epidemiology, composition and effect of vaccines, significance of vaccination, new immunization strategies, and new pertussis vaccines.
