A review of social factors influencing vaccination

近年来公众对疫苗接种的信任程度下降,疫苗犹豫在全球蔓延。了解影响疫苗接种的因素对于有效地实施干预措施,提高免疫接种率,充分发挥疫苗的人群免疫作用具有重要意义。本文对国内外研究中疫苗接种的影响因素、各国或各地区的影响因素概念模型展开综述,试图提出适合中国国情的疫苗接种影响因素模型。

Public trust in vaccination declined in recent years, and vaccine hesitancy has spread around the world. In order to implement effective interventions and improve vaccination coverage, it is important to identify factors influencing vaccination. This article reviews Chinese and international research on factors influencing vaccination. We describe conceptual models of influencing factors used in many countries and regions and propose a Chinese model of factors influencing vaccination.
