摘要
基于现代化工业加工厂房对于工作岗位职业安全卫生的要求,探讨了工业厂房系统式局部送风的适用条件、工作地点的气流宽度、送风方式、送风口的选用、送风参数的选定以及相关参数的计算要点。从系统式局部送风设计的角度出发,讨论了该系统的设计选型要点、主要影响参数以及实际应用中对紊流非等温自由射流计算公式的修正。
Based on the requirement of occupational safety and hygiene in modern industrial manufactory plant, the applicable conditions of systematic local air supply in manufactory plant, the air flow width in the workplace, the air supply mode, the selection of air supply outlet, the selection of air supply parameters and the calculation points of relevant parameters are discussed. From the point of view of systematic local air supply design, the key points of design and selection of the system, the main influencing parameters and the modification of the calculation formula of turbulent non-isothermal free jet-flow in practical application are discussed.
