摘要
针对某卷烟厂除尘系统风压波动及高能耗的现状,对现有除尘系统进行改造和性能优化。由原尾部除尘方式改造为集中工艺风力除尘与控制方式。对改造后集中工艺风力除尘系统进行分析,改造后除尘系统能够满足卷接机组对风压和风量的需求,同时实现了系统的节能运行。
In view of the present situation of wind pressure fluctuation and high energy consumption of dust removal system in a cigarette factory, the existing dust removal system is reformed and its performance is optimized.The dust removal mode is transformed into a centralized dust removal and control mode, which provides dust removal and equipment pressure.Analyzed the centralized dust removal system after the reformed, the reformed dust removal system can ensure the demand of wind pressure and air volume of the winding unit, and save energy at the same time.
