社会实践结构性巨变视野下的城乡差异与融合

An Analysis of Urban-Rural Differences and Integration against the Background of the Structural Change of Social Practice

自改革开放以来,我国已进行了四十年的社会结构性改革实践,城镇和农村的面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化。在这场巨变中,随着我国城市化进程的深入推进,城乡差异从改革初期的明显加大到今天基本实现了城乡融合。城乡的差异与融合从一个侧面反映了社会实践的进程,就像天下之势向来分久必合、合久必分。运用社会实践结构理论分析我国城乡社会的差异与整合,需要认识到我国城乡差异将会长期存在,但城乡融合终将成为城乡平衡发展的必经之路,虽然其发展之路可能困难重重。为了妥善处理社会结构性改革实践中的城乡差异与融合,需要进一步完善城乡融合政策体系,加快城乡产业融合发展,同时加强制度建设,增加制度智性和弹性,保障城乡融合的最终实现。

Since the reform and opening up,China has undergone 40 years of social structural reform.The landscapes of towns and villages have changed significantly.With the progress of urbanization,urban-rural differences have been gradually narrowed and have evolved into urban-rural integration.Such evolution partly reflects the process of social practice.It is necessary to realize that the urban-rural differences will exist for long and urban-rural integration is the only way to successful balanced development of urban and rural areas.In order to properly deal with the urban-rural differences and integration in the practice of social structural reform,we must further improve the policy system of urban-rural integration,accelerate the development of urban-rural industrial integration,strengthen institutional construction,and increase institutional intelligence and flexibility to ensure the ultimate urban-rural integration.
