摘要
近年来,清远市农村电子商务实现了跨越式的发展,但农村电商人才匮乏,现有培训体系不足,职业院校人才培育力度不够等问题依然是阻碍其进一步发展的瓶颈。国内农村电子商务先行区域的人才培养经验为清远提供了借鉴参考。应该建立人才培训基地,打造本地区农村电子商务师资培训团队;分级分类进行农村电商人才培育;优化培训课程,推进培训的各种形式;建立农村电子商务网络交流学习平台;定期评估培训效果等方式培育本地农村电子商务人才。
In recent years,the rural e-commerce in Qingyuan City has achieved the leapfrog development,but the shortage of the rural e-commerce talents,the inadequate training system and the inadequate training of vocational colleges are still the bottlenecks hindering its further development.The experience of the personnel training in the pioneer areas of rural e-commerce in China provides a reference for Qingyuan.We should cultivate the local rural e-commerce talents by establishing the talent training base,and building the local rural e-commerce teacher training team,classifying and grading the rural e-commerce talents, optimizing the training courses and promoting the various forms of training,establishing the rural e-commerce network communication and learning platforms,and regularly evaluating the training effect.
