Development and Innovation of Resolution Mechanism of New-typed Contradiction——Reform and Development of Industrial and Professional Mediation

习近平总书记指出,“社会主要矛盾已经发生转化”。与之相伴的各种新型矛盾,呈现出复杂性、多样性、专业性和行业性的特点。行业性专业性调解是新时代需要的新型矛盾解决机制,但其发展现状并不十分理想,亟需一场改革以提高其社会化、法治化、智能化、专业化水平。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,"The major social contradictions have been transformed".And then,newtype contradictions present the characteristics of the complexity,the diversity,the professionalism,and the industrialism.The industrial and professional mediation is a new-typed of contradiction resolution mechanism needed in the new era.However,its development status is not very satisfactory.A reform is urgently needed to improve its socialization,legalization,intellectualization and specialization.
