“产教融合、校企共育”背景下高职院校企业实践教学中学生的心理冲突及其应对策略——以广东碧桂园职业学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 企业实践教学是高职院校推进“产教融合、校企共育”人才培养模式,培养良好职业素养和专业技能人才的有效途径。在参加企业实践教学过程中,学生存在寻求独立与依赖性较强、渴望交往与人际退缩、想要担当与信心不足、期望值高与能力值低等心理冲突,其主要原因有学生缺乏职业生涯规划、学生普遍存在自卑心理、相应部门指导尚未到位、企业管理刚性有余等。广东碧桂园职业学院,从实施“四阶段”进阶式职业生涯规划教育、完善“三阶段”心理健康教育体系、建立“校-企-家-生”四方协同心理疏导机制、完善心理危机预警和干预应急体系等方面,探索高职学生企业实践心理冲突的应对策略,为解决高职院校企业实践学生的心理冲突提供了有益的借鉴。 The enterprise practice teaching is an effective way for higher vocational colleges to promote the "integration of production and education,co-education of school-enterprise" talent training mode,and to cultivate the talents with the good professional quality and professional skills.In the process of participating in the enterprise practice teaching,students have the mental conflicts,the conflict of seeking independence and dependence,the eagerness to communicate and the withdrawal from others, the willingness to take on the responsibility and lack of the confidence,the high expectation and the low ability.The main reasons are that students lack of the career planning,most students have the inferiority complex,the guidance of the relevant department is not in place,and the enterprise management is excessively rigidity.This paper,taking Guangdong Country Garden Polytechnic as an example,explores and practices the coping strategies of vocational students' practical mental conflicts by implementing "four-stage" advanced career planning education,perfecting "three-stage" mental health education system,and establishing "school-enterprise-family-student" four-party coordination psychological counseling mechanism,perfecting psychological crisis warning and intervention emergency system,in order to provide useful reference for solving the vocational college enterprises practice students' mental conflict.
