摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在旋涂有(100)取向的镍酸镧(LaNiO 3)底电极的镍箔基底上制备了0.5 PbTiO 3-0.5 Bi(Mg 0.5 Ti 0.5)O 3(0.5 PT-0.5 BMT)弛豫铁电薄膜.研究了在不同曲率和不同循环弯曲次数下,薄膜的储能密度和储能效率的变化.结果表明:该薄膜为纯钙钛矿结构且结晶性能良好,其弥散系数为1.7,并且该薄膜在不同频率及温度下表现出良好的储能稳定性;在不同曲率和循环下,柔性铁电薄膜表现出了良好的储能稳定性,储能密度最大变化率为1.4%,储能效率最大变化率为0.7%.
Relaxor ferroelectric thin films 0.5PbTiO 3-0.5Bi(Mg 0.5 Ti 0.5)O 3(0.5PT-0.5BMT)were prepared by sol-gel method on a nickel foil substrate coated with(100)oriented LaNiO 3 bottom electrode.The changes of energy-storage density and energy-storage efficiency of thin films were systematically studied under different bending radius and different times of bending cycles.The results show that the film has pure perovskite structure and good crystallinity.Its dispersion coefficient is 1.7,and the film exhibits good energy-storage stability at different frequencies and temperatures.The flexible ferroelectric thin films show good energy-storage stability under different bending radius and bending cycles.The maximum change rate of energy-storage density is 1.4%,and the maximum change rate of energy-storage efficiency is 0.7%.
