摘要
利用原位聚合的方法制备了不同添加量1,3-二羰基功能化还原氧化石墨烯(rDGO)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的复合材料(rDGO/PMMA).通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和场发射扫描电镜等对功能化石墨烯rDGO与rDGO/PMMA复合材料的官能团和微观结构进行了表征.并对它的亲水性和介电性能进行了测试,rDGO/PMMA复合薄膜比纯的PMMA膜在亲水性和介电性能上均有提高.结果表明:rDGO/PMMA复合材料有望在未来介电存储设备上得到应用.
A novel and facile method was proposed to synthesize high-quality 1,3-dicarbonyl-functionalized reduced graphene oxide(rDGO)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)composite(rDGO/PMMA)films by means of in-situ polymerization of rDGO and methyl methacrylate in solution.Meanwhile,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy verified the functional groups in the rDGO/PMMA nanocomposites.The field-emission scanning electronmicroscopy was performed to investigate the morphology of rDGO and rDGO/PMMA composite films.The hydrophilic and electrical characterization properties of rDGO/PMMA composites were investigated by contact angle and dielectric constant.These results indicate that compared with pure PMMA films,the hydrophilicity and dielectric properties of the rDGO/PMMA composite films were improved,which are expected to be used in dielectric storage equipments in the future.
