摘要
采用顶置脉冲磁场对7A04铝合金进行处理,通过对7A04铝合金铸锭凝固温度曲线和凝固组织进行分析,结合数值模拟,研究顶置脉冲磁场对7A04铝合金凝固过程和组织的影响.结果表明:顶置脉冲磁场可以增大熔体的冷却速度,缩短凝固时间,细化凝固组织.数值模拟表明顶置脉冲磁场可以均匀熔体内的温度场、增大熔体流速,是顶置脉冲磁场对7A04铝合金凝固过程和组织产生影响的重要原因.
The 7A04 aluminum alloy was treated by overhead pulsed magnetic field.The solidification temperature curve and solidification structure of 7A04 aluminum alloy ingot were analyzed,and the effects of overhead pulsed magnetic field on the solidification process and microstructure of 7A04 aluminum alloy were studied by numerical simulation.The results indicate that the overhead pulsed magnetic field can increase the cooling rate of the melt,shorten the solidification time and refine the micro structure.The numerical simulations show that the overhead pulsed magnetic field can uniform the temperature field in the melt.The increase of the melt flow rate is the important reasons for the overhead pulsed magnetic field to have influence on the solidification process and microstructure of 7A04 aluminum alloy.
