稀土及初次再结晶退火工艺对取向硅钢脱碳退火的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用正交实验法研究了稀土及初次再结晶退火的气氛、温度、时间和成分因素对取向硅钢脱碳效果的影响,探讨了这些影响因素的主次要顺序,采用金相显微镜观察了初次再结晶退火后的显微组织,并采用EBSD技术分析了稀土元素对取向硅钢初次再结晶退火的影响.结果表明:取向硅钢初次再结晶退火脱碳效果的影响因素依次为退火气氛、时间、温度和稀土元素.当温度为830℃、时间7 min、N 2∶H 2的比例为3∶1,加入稀土元素对脱碳效果影响不大. The effect of atmosphere,temperature,time,composition of rare earth and primary recrystallization annealing on decarburization of oriented silicon steel was studied by orthogonal experiment.The main and minor factors affecting the primary recrystallization annealing of the oriented silicon steel were discussed.The microstructures after primary recrystallization annealing were observed by using metallographic microscope,and the effect of rare earth elements on the primary recrystallization annealing of the oriented silicon steel was analyzed by EBSD technology.The results show that the factors affecting the decarburization of the primary recrystallization annealing of the oriented silicon steel are annealing atmosphere,time,temperature and rare earth elements in turn.When the temperature is 830℃,the time is 7 min,and the ratio of N 2∶H 2 is 3∶1,so the addition of rare earth elements has little effect on the decarbonization.
