The Value of "Leaderless Group Discussion" in the Teaching of Administrative and Political Courses

为推动行政学与政治学专业人才培养课程教学模式转型即由传统学术型(理论型)向应用型(实务型)转变,以适应当下市场经济和现代化建设对复合型、应用型人才的要求。分析行政学与政治学专业人才培养课程教学模式的现状,探究“无领导小组讨论”融入行政学与政治学专业课堂教学对本专业教育转型的价值。

In order to promote the transformation of the teaching mode of administrative and political science professionals'training courses, that is, from the traditional academic type (theoretical type) to the practical type (practical type), in order to meet the requirements of the current market economy and modernization construction for compound and applied talents. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the teaching mode of the talents training course for the major of administration and politics, this paper probes into the value of integrating "non-leading group discussion" into the classroom teaching of the major of administration and politics for the transformation of the major education.
