民族地区高质量乡村振兴研究综述与构想

Review of the Researchesand Ideas on High-quality Rural Revitalizationin the Ethnic Minority Areas

乡村振兴战略是解决新时代我国社会主要矛盾的必然要求,相关研究热度不断上升。通过梳理发现,现有研究围绕乡村振兴的历史沿循、科学内涵和实现路径展开,鲜见关于民族地区高质量乡村振兴的探讨。高质量乡村振兴必然是未来研究探索的重要方向。在高质量发展导向下,必须着力提升实施乡村振兴战略的质量、效益和可持续性。乡村振兴为破解边疆治理困境独辟蹊径。集边疆性、民族性、贫困性于一体的民族地区更加迫切地需要实现高质量乡村振兴。该文针对现有乡村振兴研究的主要局限性,对民族地区高质量乡村振兴的研究目标与主要内容进行了初步探讨,尝试为推动相关研究提供借鉴参考。

The strategy of Rural Revitalization is the inevitable requirement for solving the main contradictions in our society in the new eraand it is becoming a hot topic of research.By making a review of the concerning researches,it is found that most researches on rural revitalization just focus on the historical course,scientific connotation and realizing path and few researches are made to analyze the ways to high-quality rural revitalization.So,high-quality rural revitalization will certainly be a direction of research in this regard.Under the guidance of high-quality development,efforts must be made to improve the quality,efficiency and sustainability of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural revitalization provides a way to solve the governance dilemma in border areas.So,it is very urgent to realize high-quality rural revitalization in the ethnic minority area where the natures of border,nationality and poverty are combined.In view of the main limitations of the existing researches on rural revitalization,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the research objectives and main contents of high-quality rural revitalization in ethnic areas,attempting to provide some reference for promoting relevant researches.
