摘要
“一带一路”背景下海螺集团作为最早一批“走出去”的皖企,不但实现了“走出去”的战略目标,而且还积累了丰富的经验,对于其他皖企“走出去”有很好的指导与借鉴效应。文章以海螺集团“走出去”战略对皖企的作用效应为研究主线,理论探讨了在“一带一路”背景下海螺集团“走出去”战略对皖企的作用途径,实证分析了作用效应的存在性以及作用力度。研究结果显示,海螺集团“走出去”战略通过政治、经济、技术、宗教、环境等给其他皖企提供借鉴和指导作用,并且这种作用效应是长期存在的,作用效应主要体现在净资产利润率和对外直接投资上。
In the contextof the"Belt and Road Initiative",Hai LuoGroup,one of the first"Going-Out"enterprises,has not only realized its strategic goal of"Going-Out",but also accumulated rich experience,which is of great guidance and reference for the"Going-Out"of other Anhui's enterprises.Taking the effect of the"Going-Out"strategy of Hai Luo Group on Anhui's enterprises as the main line of study,this paper explores how the"Going-Out"strategy of Hai LuoGroup affectsthe enterprises in Anhui in the contextof the"Belt and Road Initiative"and empirically analyzes the existence and function of the effect.The results show that Hai Luo Group's"Going-Out"strategy provides reference and guidance to other Anhui's enterprises in the respects of politics,economy,technology,religion and environment.Besides,this effect is long-standing and is mainly reflected in net asset profit margin and foreign direct investment.
