国医大师路志正补益法治疗胸痹心痛经验撷英

Clinical experience of TCM master Lu Zhi-zheng in treating thoracic obstruction and pains with tonifying method

路志正是我国首届国医大师,秉承传统中医的学术理论体系,具有丰富的临床经验,在治疗胸痹心痛方面具有独到的见解,认为胸痹虽有虚实寒热之分,在气在血之异,但是胸中阳气虚衰,邪气乘虚而侵袭阳位,痹阻气机则是其共同的发病机理,尤其强调脾胃的生理功能在胸痹中的重要性,提出“调理脾胃法”治疗胸痹的学术理论。通过对胸痹心痛中以“虚”为主要矛盾的中气不足、气血亏虚、中阳虚寒、气阴两虚等证型的分析,总结路老的诊疗经验,突出路老在辨证、选方、用药方面的见解,目的在于继承并弘扬传统中医的学术思想,为现代中医的发展带来启发,提高临床疗效。

Lu Zhi-zheng,the first Chinese medicine master in China,inherits the academic theory system of traditional Chinese medicine and has rich clinical experience,and especially has unique insights in the treatment of thoracic obstruction and pains.He believes that although there are differences between cold and heat,deficiency and excess,qi and blood in thoracic obstruction,yang deficiency in the chest so that pathogenic factors could take advantage of this weak point and invade the positive position.During the occurrence and development of thoracic obstruction,it is emphasized that spleen and stomach play a role in the course of this disease,finally a theory of the treatment of thoracic obstruction is proposed by Lu Zhi-zheng,namely“regulating spleen and stomach method”.In this article,we sum up the Lu Zhi-zheng′s experience in the diagnosis and treatment in different syndromes of thoracic obstruction,which regards deficiency as the principal contradiction,such as insufficiency of middle-warmer energy,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency-cold in middle-warmer and deficiency of both qi and yin.The purpose is to inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese medicine academic ideas,bring inspiration for the development of modern Chinese medicine,and improve clinical efficacy.
