健脾降浊方对高脂血症模型大鼠降脂作用的实验研究

Experimental study of Jianpi Jiangzhuo Recipe on lipi-lowering in hyperlipidemia model rats

目的通过建立高脂血症大鼠模型,观察不同剂量健脾降浊方的降脂效果。方法将50只SD大鼠利用随机数字表法分为空白对照组、模型组、健脾降浊方高、中、低剂量组。采用高脂饲料喂养法造模4周建立高脂血症模型。造模成功后,健脾降浊方不同剂量组予不同剂量健脾降浊方灌胃,连续给药4周,空白对照组和模型组予等体积生理盐水。给药4周后,称大鼠质量和肝脏质量,测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,计算动脉硬化指数(AI)。结果造模4周后,与空白对照组相比,模型组血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量和肝指数、AI显著升高(P<0.01)。给药4周后,与模型组相比,健脾降浊方高剂量组血清TC、LDL-C、TG和肝指数、AI显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05);健脾降浊方中剂量组血清LDL-C、TC、TG和肝指数、AI显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);健脾降浊方低剂量组肝指数和AI显著降低(P<0.05)。结论健脾降浊方对高脂血症大鼠具有降血脂作用,且效果与剂量有关,尤以高剂量最佳。

Objective To observe the different doses of Jianpi Jiangzhuo recipe on reducing blood lipid in rats with hyperlipidemia.Method 50 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group and Jianpi Jiangzhuo Recipe high,medium and low dose groups by random number table method.A hyperlipidemia model was established with high-fat diet for 4 weeks.After successful modeling,Jianpi Jiangzhuo Recipe high,medium and low dose groups were given intragastric administration with the different dose of Jianpi Jiangzhuo Recipe for 4 weeks.The blank control group and the model group were given an equal volume of normal saline.After 4 weeks of administration,the rats were sacrificed,and the body and liver weight were weighed,serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured,and the arteriosclerosis index was calculated.Result After 4 weeks of modeling,the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C,liver index and AI in the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of administration,compared with the model group,serum TC,LDL-C,TG,liver index and AI in the Jianpi Jiangzhuo Recipe high dose group were significantly lower(P<0.01,P<0.05),while HDL-C was significantly elevated(P<0.05);the serum LDL-C、TC,TG,liver index and AI were significantly decreased in the in the Jianpi Jiangzhuo Recipe middle dose group(P<0.01,P<0.05);Liver index and AI were significantly lower in the in the Jianpi Jiangzhuo Recipe low dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Jiangzhuo recipe has hypolipidemic effect on hyperlipidemia rats,and the effect is related to dose,especially at high dose.
