基于α频带绝对功率分析意境作业对不同脑区安神作用

摘要 目的通过检测接受和未接受意境作业训练的大学生α频带的脑电功率活动,分析意境作业对不同脑区的安神作用。方法将88名大学生按照1∶1原则分为两组,对试验组进行意境作业培训,对照组不做任何干预。干预前和干预后采集两组α频带绝对功率进行比较分析。结果两组α频带绝对功率在额区,左颞区、左中央区、顶区、左枕区比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论意境作业能不同程度提高不同脑区α频带绝对功率,主要作用于左脑和右额区,提高大脑安静水平,具有安神作用。 Objective To analyze the tranquilization effects of imaginary working at different brain regions through detecting the alpha-band electric power activity of brain in the students with or without imaginary working training.Methods A total of 88 students were divided into two groups at the ratio of 1 to 1.In the test group,the students received imaginary working training.In the control group,no any intervention was used.Before and after intervention,the alpha-band absolute power was compared and analyzed in the two groups.Results The differences of alpha-band absolute power were significant in the frontal region,the left temporal region,the left central region,the parietal region and the left occipital region between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The imaginary working improves the alpha-band absolute power at different brain regions to different degrees,especially at the left cerebral hemisphere and the right frontal region.It improves the tranquilization level of the brain and displays the tranquilization effects.
