摘要
准确合理的主轴有限元模型对研究主轴静动态性能起到至关重要的作用。以某型号的数控蜗杆磨床砂轮架主轴为例,通过对砂轮架主轴系统建模方法的分析,利用参数化建模技术,建立了砂轮架主轴的有限元模型。
The accurate and reasonable finite element model of spindle plays an important role in studying the static and dynamic performance of spindle.Taking a certain type of CNC worm grinder grinding wheel spindle as an example,it analyzes the modeling method of grinding wheel spindle system based on parametric modeling technology,establishes the finite element model of grinding wheel spindle.
