链板检测系统结构设计

摘要 为了提高链板检测精度和效率,采用基于机器视觉的检测方案,并根据链板检测的技术要求设计了一种链板检测平台系统,对其上料、传输、图像采集和分选排料等功能模块进行了详细计算和设计,实现了对链板的在线实时检测功能。最后进行链板检测实验,证实了该系统能够以较高的检测速率和准确率对链板进行检测和分选,满足链板实时检测的技术要求。 Aiming at improving the accuracy and efficiency of chain plate inspection,flaw-detecting system based on machine vision is adopted,and a chain plate inspection platform system is designed based upon technic requirements of chain plate inspection.Platform modules of feeding,transferring,image capturing,filtering and dumping are carefully calculated and designed to fulfill the purpose of real-time inspection.The experiments are conducted and the result verifies that the system is capable to perform chain plate inspection at higher rate and with better accuracy,the system meets the requirements of chain plate real-time flaw detection.
