摘要
现行标准中规定使用液压泵入口真空度作为其自吸性能的考核指标,不能准确反映液压泵排量的变化。提出了一种改进的试验方法,由考核液压泵入口真空度变为考核液压泵排量的变化幅度。对改进前、后两种试验方法在操作步骤、数据记录量、人员技术能力要求等方面进行了比较,结果表明:改进后的试验方法可直接对泵排量进行考核,能直接反映出生产者和使用者关注的排量下降幅度,同时降低了试验操作难度,简化了操作流程。
The test method specified in the current standard uses the inlet vacuum degree of hydraulic pump as the evaluation index of its self-priming performance,which can not reflects displacement variation.Taking the assessment of hydraulic pump inlet vacuum as the assessment of hydraulic pump displacement,it describes a new methods,which includes the operation steps,data volume and personnel technical ability.The results show that new test method can directly reflect displacement variation,reduce test operation difficulty and simplify operation process.
