摘要
根据机械原理结合人机工程学设计了一款家用多功能健身器材。该健身器材主要由主架、折叠健身椅、蝴蝶臂机构、踏步机4部分构成,采用同一杠铃组件作为多项健身功能的阻力源,配合相应的机构实现多项健身功能。主架上设计的方孔卡槽在卡入杠铃杆后实现单杠功能;蝴蝶臂机构与主架中部固定连接,基于平面连杆机构转换原理实现双杠功能与蝴蝶臂夹胸等功能;可折叠健身椅靠板两侧设计有凹槽导轨,使滑动坐垫可相对靠板滑动,实现划船功能;踏步机通过绳索与杠铃巧妙连接,使两踏板可交替往复运动实现踏步功能。
It introduces a new type of household multi-function fitness equipment based on the knowledge of mechanical principle and ergonomics.The fitness equipment is mainly composed of main frame,folding fitness chair,butterfly arm mechanism,and stepping machine.It uses the same barbell component as the resistance source of multiple fitness functions,and designs the corresponding innovation mechanism to realize multiple fitness functions,arranges the square hole card slot structure on the main frame.Based on the plane linkage mechanism principle conversion,it designs the butterfly arm mechanism and the parallel bar function and the butterfly arm chest clamp function to fix the middle of the main frame.The stepping machine is cleverly connected with the barbell through the rope.The two pedals can be alternately reciprocating to realize the step function.The fitness equipment covers a small area,simple structure,realizes the hand,chest,abdomen,leg exercise and the whole body coordinated aerobic exercise.
