摘要
为实现在线检测采油气井口装置各部件密封面及通道的金属腐蚀、冲蚀等安全隐患,采用超声相控阵技术分析了采油气井口装置闸阀法兰不同种类缺陷的图像特点和缺陷尺寸大小,通过在现场对在役井口装置的在线检测,发现生产翼连接短节近地处存在深5mm、宽50mm的腐蚀凹槽,验证了超声相控阵对采油气井口装置在线检测的可行性。
The long-term work of the oil tree in the environment of high temperature and high pressure is very easy to cause the sealing surface of the components and the corrosion and erosion of the metal in the channel.When the conventional ultrasonic testing is used,the corrosion of the flange can not be detected because of the complex flange structure.In this paper,the image characteristics and size of different kinds of defects in flanges are analyzed based on the ultrasonic phased array technique.Through the detection of an in-service wellhead device,the corrosion grooves with depth 5mm and width 50mm in the short section of the production wing connection are found and suggested to be replaced in time.It verifies the feasibility of the ultrasonic phased array on the on-line detection of the gas well head device.
