摘要
针对复合材料“帽”形长桁加筋壁板结构在制造过程中出现的长桁纤维角度偏离情况,基于Patran/Nastran有限元分析软件,在长桁纤维角度偏离0°~6°的情况下,对强度和刚度的影响进行了模拟分析。分析结果表明,对于复合材料“帽”形长桁,当长桁纤维角度偏离小于3°时,其对长桁的拉伸强度、压缩强度以及稳定性的影响均在1%以内。因此,复合材料“帽”形长桁制造验收标准中纤维的最大偏离角度不超过3°是合理的。
In the view of the ply orientation of stringer in the omega-stringer stiffened composite panel during manufacturing process,it uses the discrepancy of the stringer ply orientation from 0°to 6°to analyze the affection on the strength and stiffness based on the Patran/Nastran.The results show that the decrease in strength and stiffness is less than 1%if the discrepancy of the stringer ply orientation is within 3°considering all the analysis cases of the stringer with the selected plies.The acceptance tolerance of the ply orientation for omega-stringer is feasible to set to less than 3°.
