摘要
针对王庄煤矿91-101工作面顶板高抽巷巷道成型质量差和掘进速度慢的问题,结合巷道爆破及围岩状况,依据光面爆破原理计算分析了半煤岩巷的爆破参数,运用LS-DYNA软件模拟分析了不同爆破布孔间距下泥岩和煤的应力和应变塑性区分布特征,优化确定了半煤岩巷的周边眼间距。结果表明:优化爆破周边眼间距由400mm扩大为500mm,爆破能量作用充分,塑性区成型平整光滑,且整体布孔数量可减少6个;现场应用后半煤岩巷围岩的成型质量及稳定性好,月平均进尺可增加45.3m,掘进效率可提高约50.93%。
Aiming at the problems of poor forming quality and slow driving speed of high extraction roadway in 91-101 working face of Wangzhuang Coal Mine, combined with roadway blasting and surrounding rock condition, the blasting parameters of semi-coal and rock roadway are calculated and analyzed according to smooth blasting principle. The distribution characteristics of stress and strain plastic zone of mudstone and coal under different blasting spacing are simulated and analyzed by LS-DYNA software, and the semi-coal and rock roadway is optimized and determined. Peripheral eye spacing. The results show that the optimum distance between the surrounding holes of blasting is expanded from 400 m m to 500 mm, the blasting energy is sufficient, the forming of plastic zone is smooth and smooth, and the number of holes can be reduced by 6. After field application, the forming quality and stability of surrounding rock of semi-coal and rock roadway are good, the monthly average driving footage can be increased by 45.3 m, and the excavation efficiency can be increased by about 50.93%.
