不同主体对教师课堂教学质量评估的一致性探析——以佛山职业技术学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 从佛山职业技术学院的教学督导和学生对教师课堂教学质量评价的一致性程度出发,分析各个下属学院不同主体之间评教结果的差异性。结果表明:学校整体督导和学生评教结果呈显著正相关,但相关系数较低,一致性程度偏低,主要问题在于部分下属学院的各个主体的评教结果存在较大差异性。就差异原因对督导和学生不同主体评教的影响因素和局限性进行分析,探究提高各主体评教结果一致性程度的举措,以期为高职院校教学质量评价提供一定的理论价值和实践意义。 Based on the consistency of the evaluation of teachers classroom teaching quality between the teaching supervisors and the students in Foshan Polytechnic, this paper analyzes the differences of teaching evaluation results among different subjects in each department. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation of evaluation of teaching between supervisors and students in the college as a whole, but the correlation coefficient is low and the consistency is low. The main problem is that there are significant differences in the evaluation results of the various subjects in some departments. The paper also analyzes the influencing factors and limitations of different subjects on the supervisors and students evaluation of teaching, and probes into the measures to improve the consistency of the results of each subject evaluation of teaching, in order to bring certain theoretical value and practical significance to the evaluation of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
