摘要
针对工学结合模式下的新型师生关系,在界定概念、分析特征的基础上,以人际影响理论为切入点,探讨分析建构和谐师生关系的主要措施和方法。提出从资历、能力和品德三方面树立教师权威;谨言慎行,注重人际心理效应和印象管理策略,形成良好印象;在把握学生心理需求的基础上增强师生互动频率和质量;建立工作标杆,加强考核,挖掘学生经验的价值,促使学生形成正确观念、提升工作技能。
Based on defining the concepts and analyzing characteristics,this paper discusses the main measures and methods for constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship with the interpersonal influence theory. Firstly,teacher prestige should be established from qualifications,ability and morality;secondly,interpersonal psychological effects and impression management strategies should be emphasized,to form a good impression;thirdly,on the basis of understanding students′ psychological needs,teachers should enhance the frequency and quality of teacher-student interaction;fourthly,teachers should establish work benchmarks,strengthen assessment,tap the value of student experience,in order to promote students to form correct concepts and improve their working skills.
