利用低温氯化渣制备发泡多孔陶瓷材料研究

摘要 为了提高低温氯化渣的烧结成瓷效果,以低温氯化渣为主要原料,结合剂选择铝酸盐水泥和白泥,烧结促进剂选择氧化铝微粉,采用半干法打击成型,研究了白泥、铝酸盐水泥和Al2O3微粉对低温氯化渣烧结性能的影响,试验表明:添加白泥、铝酸盐水泥和Al2O3微粉有利于低温氯化渣的烧结,可以提高低温氯化渣的烧结强度。选择木屑作为造孔剂,采用浇注成型方法制备发泡多孔陶瓷材料,试验表明:煅烧温度在1050℃,白泥添加量为30%,铝酸盐水泥添加量为5%,造孔剂添加量为7%,制得的低温氯化渣多孔陶瓷材料的吸水率为30%,强度为5MPa,可以满足建筑墙体材料的使用要求。 In order to improve the sintering effect of low temperature chlorinated slag,the white mud was studied by using low temperature chlorinated slag as main raw material,aluminate cement and white mud as binder and alumina powder as sintering accelerator. The effects of aluminate cement and Al2O3 powder on the sintering properties of low temperature chlorinated slag were studied. The results show that the addition of white mud,aluminate cement and Al2O3 powder are beneficial to the sintering of low temperature chlorinated slag,and the sintering strength of low temperature chlorinated slag can be improved. The foamed porous ceramic materials were prepared by casting molding with wood chips as pore-making agent. The results show that the calcination temperature is 1050 ℃. The amount of white mud is 30%,the amount of aluminate cement is 5%,the amount of pore-making agent is 7%. The low temperature chlorinated slag porous ceramic material has a water absorption rate of 30% and a strength of 5 MPa,which can meet the requirements of building wall materials.
