摘要
通过测试不同龄期底灰基砌块抗压强度、碳化深度、氯离子迁移系数和耐磨性能,研究了不同稻壳灰(R-RHA、RP-RHA、PR-RHA)对底灰基砌块性能的影响,并分析了影响机理。结果表明:掺杂稻壳灰降低了底灰基砌块的早期抗压强度,但提升了后期强度,PR-RHA强度达到最大值;稻壳灰提高了底灰基砌块抗碳化性能,其中PR-RHA改善效果最好;稻壳灰提高了底灰基砌块抗氯离子渗透性能,并随其种类R、RP、PR变化,其改善效果愈发显著;稻壳灰增强了砌块的耐磨性,但种类的不同并未对其产生显著影响。
The effect of rice husk ash species (R-RHA, RP-RHA, PR-RHA)on the performance of bottom ash-based blocks was studied by testing compressive strength, carbonation depths, chloride ion migration coefficients and wear resistance at different ages. And the corresponding mechanism was analyzed also. The results indicate that rice husk ash decreases the compressive strength of bottom ash-based blocks at early age, but increases the compressive strength at later age, reaching the highest value with the species of PR-RHA;rice husk ash increases the resistance to carbonation of bottom ash-based blocks, and the improvement is best with the species of PR-RHA;rice husk ash improves the chloride ion penetration resistance of the bottom ash-based block, and its improvement effect is better with the change of its type R, RP and PR;rice husk ash improves the wear resistance of the block, but the difference in species does not have a significant impact on it.
