基于正交试验设计的透水混凝土关键性能研究 被引量:13

摘要 通过正交试验,研究了孔隙率、水胶比以及硅灰掺量对透水混凝土抗压强度、抗弯拉强度、透水系数的影响。试验结果表明,孔隙率和硅灰掺量对透水混凝土的力学性能影响显著,水胶比影响较小。随着孔隙率的提高,透水混凝土的抗压强度和抗弯拉强度均显著降低,透水系数显著提高;随着硅灰掺量的增加,抗压强度和抗弯拉强度有升高趋势,透水系数降低不显著。随抗压强度的增加,透水系数有下降趋势,抗弯拉强度有增加趋势,折压比(ff/fc)在0.10~0.14之间。最后,通过多元线性回归,建立了不同因素对透水混凝土抗压、抗弯拉强度和渗透系数的数学表达式,通过权重评价不同因素的影响规律。 The effects on compressive strength,flexural strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete were studied by orthogonal tests through the change of porosity,water-binder ratio and silica fume content. The results show that the porosity and silica fume content have significant influence on the mechanical performance of pervious concrete,while water-binder ratio has little effect. Both compressive strength and flexural strength are decreased significantly by the increase of porosity,compared that the permeability coefficient is increased significantly. As the content of silica fume increased, the compressive strength and flexural strength are increased,while the permeability coefficient is decreased insignificantly. The permeability decreases,while the flexural strength increases with the increase of compressive strength,and the flexural compressive ratio( f_f/f_c) is between 0. 10-0. 14. Finally,the mathematical formula of different factors on compressive strength,flexural strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete are established through multiple linear regression,and the weight of different factors is defined to evaluate the influence.
