多项目联合检测与实验诊断应用效果评价

摘要 目的研究以疾病为导向的多项目联合检测为实验诊断教学带来的影响。方法以接受改革教学112名学生为试验组,接受传统教学的106名学生为对照组,比较两组学生期末考察成绩及教学满意度评价结果,以研究多项目联合检测改革的成效。结果观察组学生在临床思维、综合分析、病例分析、技能操作及平时表现等方面的得分上均显著高于对照组,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义;期末考察的总成绩及合格率观察组也较对照组高,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组对教学的课程安排、教学质量和教师教风上的满意率显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论以疾病为导向的多项目联合检测为实验诊断学教学带来良好的教学效果,可为培养适应临床需求的检验人才提供有效助力。 Objective To study the impact of disease oriented multiproject joint detection on the teaching of experimental diagnosis. Methods 112 students who was given traditional teaching as the observation group and 106 students who was given reform teaching as the control group were compared in terms of examination results and teaching satisfaction evaluation results between the two groups, in order to study the effect of multi-project joint testing reform. Results The students in the observation group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in clinical thinking, comprehensive analysis, case analysis, skill operation and peacetime performance, P < 0.001, the difference was statistically significant;the total score and qualified rate of the final examination in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group, P < 0.05, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, the satisfaction rate of the observation group on teaching curriculum arrangement, teaching quality and teachers' teaching style was significantly higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Disease oriented multi-project joint testing can bring good teaching effect for the teaching of experimental diagnosis, and can provide effective help for training laboratory personnel to meet clinical needs.
