双轨教学在妇产科学专业学位研究生中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析院校应用PBL、LBL教学模式对妇产科学专业学位研究生进行教学的效果。方法取2016年9月—2018年6月期间学校妇产科专业89名研究生为研究对象,以2016年9月—2017年6月期间的43名研究生为对照组,采用单纯传统模式(LBL)进行教学,以2017年9月—2018年6月期间的46名研究生为观察组,行PBL、LBL双轨教学。检测两种教学模式研究生实践能力、专业理论知识掌握情况,由学生对不同教学模式满意度进行评分,同时调查不同带教方式的教学效果。结果观察组实践操作、专业理论考核得分和教学效果均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组学生满意度(84.8%)高于对照组(72.1%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对妇产科学专业学位研究生采用PBL、LBL联合教学,临床教学效果理想,学生满意度高,理论知识掌握较好、实践能力增强。 Objective To analyze the effect of PBL plus LBL teaching mode on the teaching of graduate students majoring in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 89 graduate students studied from September 2016 to June 2018 in obstetrics and gynecology department were selected as the research subjects. The 43 graduate students from September 2016 to June 2017 were used as the control group with the traditional model (LBL). 46 graduate students from September 2017 to June 2018 as the observation group was given PBL and LBL dual-track teaching. Test the pratical ability and professional theoretical knowledge of the two teaching modes, and satisfaction level of the students with different teaching modes. At the same time, investigate the teaching effects of different teaching methods. Results In the observation group, practical operation, professional theory assessment score and teaching effect were higher than the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant;the observation group student satisfaction (84.8%) was higher than the control group (72.1%), P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of PBL and LBL for postgraduate students majoring in obstetrics and gynaecology has a good clinical teaching effect, high student satisfaction, good theoretical knowledge and practical ability.
