高年级医学生医院感染防控知识及意识调查

Investigation on Knowledge and Awareness of Nosocomial Infection Prevention and Control in Senior Medical Students

目的了解刚刚进入临床实习的医学生医院感染防控意识的强弱及对医院感染防治知识的掌握程度。方法选取2018年3月—2019年1月期间首次进入感染科见习的165名医学生为研究对象,调查他们第一次接触感染科患者前后的手卫生消毒情况,随后进行医院感染预防与控制基础知识测试,测试内容涵盖医院感染的基本概念、消毒隔离的基本知识、一次性使用医疗用品及医疗废物的管理、职业暴露与标准预防及手卫生规范等相关知识点。结果仅有15.76%的医学生在接触患者前后都进行了规范手卫生消毒,医院感染防控知识测试优良率为53.33%。结论高年级医学生的医院感染预防与控制意识比较薄弱,相关知识掌握不牢靠。

Objective To understand the consciousness of prevention and control of nosocomial infection and the prevention knowledge of nosocomial infection among medical students who have just entered clinical practice. Method A total of 165 medical students who entered the infective department during the period from March 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects. The situation of hand hygiene disinfection before and after the first contact with the infected patients was investigated, followed by the basic knowledge of hospital infection prevention and control. The test covers the basic concepts of nosocomial infection, basic knowledge of disinfection and isolation, disposable medical supplies, medical waste management, occupational exposure, standard prevention, hand hygiene practices and other relevant knowledge points. Result 15.76% of medical students had standardized hand hygiene disinfection before and after contact with patients. The excellent and good rate of hospital infection prevention and control knowledge test was 53.33%. Conclusion The awareness of prevention and control of nosocomial infection in senior medical students is relatively weak, and the relevant knowledge is not reliable.
